Features may change, be limited by account status or platform review status, or be unavailable. Uploads may be affected by file compatibility, size limits, duration limits, codec support, rate limits, account eligibility, and third-party platform rules.

Your account and content

• Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for videos, music/audio, captions, hashtags, mentions, privacy settings, labels, and disclosure choices you submit.
• You must have all rights and permissions needed for the content you upload.
• You must comply with applicable laws, TikTok Terms, TikTok Community Guidelines, and other platform rules that apply to your content and account.

Allowed use

• Do not use Midx for spam, abuse, deception, impersonation, unauthorized automation, or unlawful activity.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, security systems, account restrictions, or platform policies.
• Do not upload content that infringes rights, violates law, or violates platform rules.
• Correctly disclose AI-generated, promotional, branded, paid partnership, or commercial content where required.

Uploads

Midx may temporarily validate and prepare your selected video before securely transmitting it and your selected post settings to a connected publishing platform. Temporary media is deleted after transfer or terminal failure. For reliable results, use MP4 or MOV with H.264 video and AAC audio. TikTok may limit video duration, file size, visibility, account eligibility, and posting frequency. Midx does not guarantee that every upload will be accepted, processed, published, displayed with unchanged quality, or made available with every platform feature.

Service operations and restrictions

To operate and improve the service, we may store basic connected account profile data, upload activity, status history, and technical errors. Raw tokens and secrets are not shown in public pages or the admin dashboard.

We may limit, reject, suspend, or restrict account access to uploading features when we detect misuse, policy risk, security concerns, unusual activity, legal risk, account restrictions, or requests from platform providers.

Third-party platforms

Midx is an independent creator workspace. Midx is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by TikTok. Third-party platforms may change, limit, reject, suspend, or remove integration features at any time.

Deletion and contact

You may request disconnect or deletion of stored service data by contacting contact@midx.app. We may retain limited records where needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or dispute resolution.

Midx Priority subscription

Midx Priority costs $7.99 USD per month, has no free trial, and renews automatically each month until canceled. Priority provides access to a separate reserved publishing-capacity pool. That pool is limited and can also fill. Priority does not provide unlimited publishing, guaranteed availability, faster video processing, platform approval, or a guarantee that any post will be accepted or published.

Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Polar acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for Midx Priority and processes checkout, taxes where applicable, receipts, subscription billing, and payment details. You may manage your payment method or cancel through the billing portal linked from your Midx account. Unless the checkout or applicable law says otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and Priority remains available through the end of the current paid period. A failed or overdue payment may suspend Priority while Free access remains available subject to Free capacity.

Refunds

If you believe a charge was made incorrectly, contact Midx support promptly. Refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances, Polar's applicable purchaser terms, and mandatory consumer law. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund an already-started billing period, except where required by law or where a refund is approved. A refund does not by itself end an active subscription unless the subscription is also canceled or revoked.
