Terms of Service
Midx is a creator workspace for preparing video uploads, managing post settings, and sending selected content through authorized publishing integrations. By using this service, you agree to these terms.
Product
Features may change, be limited by account status or platform review status, or be unavailable. Uploads may be affected by file compatibility, size limits, duration limits, codec support, and third-party platform rules.
Your account and content
You are responsible for accounts you connect, videos you upload, captions, privacy settings, labels, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
Allowed use
- Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- Do not use Midx for spam, abuse, deception, impersonation, or unauthorized automation.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security systems, account restrictions, or platform policies.
- Do not upload content that infringes rights or violates law/platform rules.
Uploads
Midx may transmit your selected video and post settings to a connected publishing platform. For reliable results, use common delivery formats such as MP4 or MOV with H.264/HEVC video and AAC audio. Some uncommon codecs may upload but display incorrectly.
Service operations
To operate and improve the service, we may store basic connected account profile data, upload activity, status history, and technical errors. This can appear in a private admin dashboard for support and debugging. Raw tokens and secrets are not shown there.
Third-party platforms
Midx is an independent workspace and is not the platform provider. Third-party platforms may change, limit, reject, suspend, or remove integration features at any time.
No guarantees
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that every upload will be accepted, processed, published, displayed with unchanged quality, or made available with every platform feature.
Access restrictions
We may limit, suspend, or restrict account access to uploading features when we detect misuse, policy risk, security concerns, unusual activity, or requests from platform providers. A restricted account may still be able to sign in, but uploading or publishing features may be disabled until the restriction is reviewed.
Termination and deletion
We may restrict access if the service is misused or if required by platform rules. A full self-serve disconnect/delete flow will be added later; for now, contact us for service data removal.
